In addition, kissing, if you're going going with the buying the drink explanation, can lead to anything, whether it be conversation, or better yet, another encounter garnering a hit to another base..but that's only if you are going to infer that far with your drink explanation. I personally would easily place my money on the majority of women that would say kissing, anything ranging from a sweet peck to a heavy make out session without below the shirt boob gropage, is definitely first base.
