Unwittingly, we started playing my favorite game – whoever drinks the least loses and has to drive home. In retrospect, this kind of reminds me of another event. It almost seemed as if a plan I had laid out months ago was coming to fruition, of course, I don’t have the foresight to make any plans more than a week in advance, and even if I did, I would have cancelled them given recent events (i.e., Mary and Jake’s “dating” status).
